1. What we collect

Account data (name, business name, email, phone number), billing and wallet transaction records, lead data you purchase or submit, and usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use it

To deliver leads to your account, process payments and invoices, verify your identity, send transactional notifications you opt in to, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. SMS and phone numbers

If you opt in during onboarding, we use your phone number to send transactional SMS only: lead delivery alerts, order confirmations, verification codes, and account notices. No marketing SMS is sent. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. 4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the platform (hosting, database, payment processing, email and SMS delivery), under contracts limiting their use of it, or when required by law.

5. Retention and security

We retain account and transaction records as long as your account is active or as required for legal and accounting purposes. Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to authorized personnel.

6. Your rights and contact

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing digitalleads751@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
